It is synced automatically by cron at 1am and 1pm every day from "rsync://rsync.mirrorservice.org/ftp.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD".

To use this mirror (it is only recommended for use by the server-admin for local-fast-mirror) you can put 'http://pub.isabelladean.com/OpenBSD' into /etc/installurl on OpenBSD 7.5 and 7.6 only for amd64.
